Client wanted to steer away from a modern look, instead opting for a timeless, Guildford inspired design that blends in with the surrounding areas. Use of transitional face brick (Restoration Red) and gabled roof structure achieves just that.

Design features a large ground floor footprint with a Northern facing, double volume living area and upper floor master suite with an activity area overlooking the ground floor.
